This app is a database of tens of thousands of medical and scientific terms, including many pronunciations for difficult words.

This app differs from other "Medical Terms" apps from Darren Gates in that the app contains enhanced and specialized search features, which allow for faster lookups and referencing.

If you are a medical professional, scientist, researcher, or student, you'll love having a database at your fingertips for quick reference.

Features include:

- Ability to search by any category, and add "-" modifier to text searches, so help filter results. For example, a search for "Bacteria -Infection" will search for terms containing the word "Bacteria" but exclude those terms also containing "Infection"

- Terms organized into alphabetical categories, with the ability to add/update categories

- Favorites and "My Terms" give you quick access to the most useful terms to you

- Ability to rate terms, conveniently browse through terms in a category using previous/next buttons, and add comments about any term

- Powerful search feature - search within a category, or in all categories.

- Add an image or video to any term, if desired.

- Link any term to a URL where you can get more information on the subject. URLs do not come with the application, but can be added by the user later.

- Comprehensive database... you won't need another reference!
