‘Barclays Bikes’ is the mobile App by Barclays, the exclusive sponsor of Barclays Cycle Hire and Barclays Cycle Superhighways in London.

Barclays Cycle Hire and Barclays Cycle Superhighways provide the public with a low-cost, sustainable and environmentally friendly way of getting around London.
Barclays Cycle Hire
• 6,000 cycles and 400 docking stations in central London, with east London expansion in Spring 2012
• The public are able to hire bikes for short journeys, with each half hour journey being free once they have paid their access fee
Barclays Cycle Superhighways
• Clearly marked cycle routes designed to make it quicker, easier and safer for people to cycle between outer and inner London
• Four routes have been launched to date, with a further 8 routes proposed over the next 4 years
The sponsorships takes the Barclays brand around London – an iconic city and one in which Barclays has its global headquarters – in an eye catching and innovative way.
Investment in cycling is important for London’s economy and to London’s business community. More cyclists on London’s roads will help create a more friendly and attractive city with more pleasant shared spaces.

Barclays Football is the free mobile App by Barclays, global title sponsor of the Barclays Premier League since 2001.
