DrDepth MVP

DrDepth MVP displays DrDepth generated depth, hardness and sidescan mosaic maps for live navigation on the water.
You can have two map layers, with individual transparency control for each.

DrDepth MVP has support to display Google maps as background images.

You can adjust the display to the current water level.

Waypoints are easy to create and modify.

You can share maps and waypoints with your friends.

DrDepth Nomad

DrDepth Nomad is an extended version of DrDepth MVP that
adds functionality to create depth maps in real time on
the water.

Options to receive live data:

- Live data received by connecting NMEA 0183 data to
the microphone/headset port on the Android unit
(a simple adapter circuit is required).
This works with all marine instruments supplying the
DBT or DPT NMEA depth sentence (baud rate 4800 required).

- Support for manual depth data entry.

Mapping can be set to either manual or automatic mode.

Live data is automatically stored in files and can be
used again together with new data to improve your map
with every use.

DrDepth Nomad also includes all features that
DrDepth MVP (the map viewer app) supports, for example:
- Displaying depth, hardness and sidescan mosaic maps
generated by the DrDepth PC application.
- Google background maps.
- Waypoint creation/managements.
- Sharing of maps and waypoints between users.
